Marathon Komplex Turn-1200
The Komplex-Turn 1200 is provided with a magazine capable of holding a number of tools, and a high speed automatic tool changer (ATC unit). This machine also has highly accurate C-axial/Y-axial machining and milling functions to offer significant improvements in productivity, compared with a conventional machine.
Some of the Major Machine Features Are Listed Below:
- The high-output high-torque spindle built in the machine guarantees high accuracy and high productivity.
- Since the machine has the shanks of the lathe –turning and milling tools unified into a fixed shape, the machine can be performed a wide machining area and a compact turret area almost free from interface.
- Move time is reduced significantly for improved productivity.
- Optional B – axis positioning makes oblique machining possible and extends the range of applicable work pieces.
