The Nissin MAX710i-F40 machines are ideal for the production of mold & die, aircraft, aerospace and medical parts that require continuous 5 axis motion, while the MAX710i-P50 is perfectly suitable for the oilfield industry where 5-axis positioning is required for the rockbit production.
The Nissin machines have a trunnion table supported at the both ends to ensure greater rigidity than the cantilever designs. Rotary and tilting axis are driven by Fanuc Direct Drive high torque motor which has no friction, no wear for longer life and better surface finish and accurate profile machining even at faster rotating speeds.
